Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what personal data wape receives when you use this website and the contact form, what we use it for and how you can control it, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

1. Who is responsible for your data

wape is the controller of the data processed on this website. Our address is R. Alcindo Cacela, 830, Ed. Arya Tower, room 2412, Brazil.

2. What data we receive

Through the contact form, you provide:

  • your name, WhatsApp number and email (email is optional);
  • your company name and team size;
  • the area you want to organize first and how your company manages that area today.

While you browse, measurement tools configured through Google Tag Manager may record the pages you visit, where your visit came from (for example, an ad campaign) and browser identifiers such as cookies. We do not request or process sensitive personal data.

3. How the data reaches us

The form does not store your data in a website database. When you click the button, it builds a message with your answers and opens WhatsApp. wape only receives that information if you send the message. From then on, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

4. What we use the data for

  • Replying to your contact and preparing a proposal or demo suited to your company. Legal basis: your consent and, when you ask for a proposal, preliminary steps toward a contract (art. 7, I and V of the LGPD).
  • Measuring site and campaign performance, to learn which pages and ads bring in enquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) and, for non-essential cookies, your consent.

We do not use your data for automated decisions and we do not sell it.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers needed to run the service: WhatsApp (Meta), through which you contact us; Google, for measurement tools; and the website hosting provider. Some of these providers store data outside Brazil, which is done with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD. We may also share data when required by law or by an authority.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the commercial record. After that, or when you ask, we delete or anonymize the data, unless the law requires it to be kept.

7. Cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to load audience and campaign measurement tools. Those cookies are only activated after you click "Accept" on the site's notice. If you decline, none of those tools are loaded and the site, including the form, works normally.

Your choice is saved in your browser. To change it, use the link Manage cookies here or in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request, at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

To exercise any right, contact us on WhatsApp (91) 98492-8166 and say the subject is privacy. We reply within the period set by law.

9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The data you send us through WhatsApp is protected by the platform's own encryption while in transit.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
